IMPORTANT NOTICE: Lead-Acid Battery Maintenance & Warranty Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

To ensure the longevity of your Electric Vehicle (EV) and to keep your warranty valid, please read the following guidelines regarding your Lead-Acid Battery carefully. Proper care is essential for your safety and the performance of your vehicle.

Warranty Information

Lithium Battery
Three Year Warranty

The lithium battery is covered for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Note: Warranty void if battery is bulged
Lead-Acid / Graphene Battery
One Year Warranty

Coverage for 1 year or 12000 KM from the date of purchase (whichever comes first).

Covers Motor, Controller, Charger and Battery.

Warranty Limitations
Physical damage to battery casing or terminals is not covered
Bulged batteries are not covered under warranty
If returned within one month, 20% will be deducted (18% GST + 2% processing)

Battery Care Instructions

Charging Guidelines
6-Hour Limit: Never charge your battery for more than 6 hours
No Exceptions: Even if charger doesn't indicate "Full Charge", disconnect after 6 hours
Report Issues: If charger doesn't auto-cut within 6 hours, report immediately
Overnight Charging: If charging overnight, ensure it's disconnected within 6 hours
Approved Chargers Only: Use only the charger provided with your vehicle
Safety & Maintenance
Water Protection: Do not wash with heavy water. Protect from water as much as possible
Battery Bulging: Caused by overcharging, water splashing, wrong charger usage
Free Maintenance: Compulsory service every 1500-2000km
Service: One year free service included
Additional Information
Service Hours

Service Time: 12 PM - 7 PM

Lunch Break: 1 PM - 3 PM

Warranty Extension

Available at additional charge:

₹3500 / year

Consequences of Neglect

If a battery bulges due to overcharging or use of incorrect charger, the warranty is void. In such cases, we will be unable to process any warranty claims or replacements.
